Maintain multiple support groups, including the original HER forums, Facebook groups, live groups, and Circle community.

Offer 1-1 support for patients and families seeking information on HG management options since 2000.
Warmline
Maintain a crisis warmline to ensure the sickest mothers get immediate help when they are most in need, since 2020.
Crisis Fund
Launched a crisis program to extend additional resources to families in greatest need in 2025.
Advocacy
1 MOM is 2 Many
Launched 1 MOM is 2 Many, a collaborative campaign aiming to eradicate severe HG and its complications through education.
Legislation
Work with state governments in Texas and Massachusetts to create legislation acknowledging HG and building effective care for patients.

Awareness
HG Awareness Day
Established the first World HG Awareness Day, May 15, 2012. The day is officially acknowledged by South Dakota, Texas, and Somerville, MA.

Host the first HER 5K in 2012 and 2013 in Washington DC; 2017 in Chicago; Virtual 5K in 2020.
