The HER Foundation, in collaboration with UCLA mHealth, developed the first iOS HG Care app! Now women can track their symptoms and treatments to find out what treatments are working. Plus they can easily share insights into their progress with family and health professionals. The app is free.
MOTHERS: Remember if it makes you ill to use your phone, just have family input your data.
Android users: If we get excellent response and confirm it helps improve care, we will hopefully be able to develop an Android version. So watch social media for more info and encourage moms to participate in our upcoming research on the app.

Symptom Scoring
The app scoring system is based on the HyerEmesis Level Prediction (HELP) Score which was developed by the HER Foundation. Read more on the HELP Score.
Insights Report
The app data is summarized into meaningful reports and graphs in the Insights section which can be shared with health professionals. This Insights Report can be printed or shared via apps on the phone.
