Valerie Litchfield, LMT

Home / Referral Network / Alternative Care / Valerie Litchfield, LMT

I have several women who have come to me recently with Hyperemisis Gravidarum. The first one was able to get through her pregnancy without a feeding tube when doing regular treatments of Shiatsu and Visceral Manipulation. She then referred her friend, who is still pregnant and has been diagnosed with the worst case of HG, that the specialists at the Womens Center at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah have ever seen. In just five treatments these are the changes to her condition:

Her veins stopped collapsing. The nurses were having to replace the port daily, now it lasts for three days.
She has only vomited once in the course of several weeks.
She can eat small regular meals and has avoided hospiltion for malnutrition.
Her head stopped aching, it has ached continually for five months.
She is able to drive and do other activities that she couldn’t do before the treatments because she was to sick.
