HG Support Group
We host an Online HG Support Group facilitated by licensed professional who are also HG survivors. This group is a service to people with a current or prior diagnosis of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). Registration required.

HG can leave lasting emotional and mental scars. This support group provides a safe, compassionate space for those impacted by HG-related trauma to connect, process, and begin the path toward healing. Registration required.

HG Loss Group
Navigating the grief of losing a pregnancy due to Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) is a unique and deeply emotional journey. This support group is a safe space for individuals who have experienced a loss to connect, share, and heal together. Registration required.
Trigger Warning: Open discussions of sensitive topics: miscarriage, stillbirth, therapeutic termination, and neonatal loss.

Mindful Eating Group
Navigating your relationship with food after experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) can be complex and emotional. This live support group offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to gently rebuild trust with your body and find peace around eating again. Registration required.
Trigger Warning: Open discussions of sensitive topics: postpartum issues including aversions, eating habits, nausea, vomiting, body changes, weight gain and loss, and disordered eating patterns.

Caregiver's Support Group
Supporting the supporters — because caring for someone with HG is its own journey.
Caring for a loved one with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) can be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally draining. This live support group provides a safe, understanding space for partners, family members, and friends to connect with others who get it.

Group Policies
- Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. Do not share names or personal information outside of the group.
- No Recordings: Recording, screenshots, or sharing any content from the group is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Speak from personal experience using “I” statements. Avoid interrupting, judging, or giving unsolicited advice.
- No Disruptive Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Name-calling, personal attacks, or disruptive conduct may result in removal.
- Substance-Free Space: Participants must not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Participation is Voluntary: You are encouraged to share, but are never required to speak. Listening is just as valuable as contributing.
- Support, Not Therapy: While led by health professionals, this group is not a replacement for individual or group therapy. If participants' needs fall outside of the group's scope, they may be asked to speak with a group leader to make appropriate support options.
