  • Tools for managing anxiety, guilt, and fear that can arise when eating or thinking about food

⚠️ Trigger Warning:

This session will include open discussions about food, eating habits, nausea, vomiting, body changes, and disordered eating patterns related to the experience of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). These topics can be sensitive or activating for some participants. Please take care of yourself in whatever way feels right.
