Meet Our Team

Suzanne has been a with the HER Foundation since 2004 as a volunteer and staff member. HER volunteer since 2004.  She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Maine; an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College; and was working on her PhD at the University of Minnesota when HG changed her plans. She has taught college for over 30 years and now works as a public relations associate.

Suzanne is tasked with managing social media and website content for HER and 1 MOM is 2 Many and engages with our communities. She helps to develop and manage global partnerships for HER Foundation, Ambassador Council, and volunteers. She also collaborates with the team on fundraising, strategy, branding, and the daily administration of the Foundation. She remains an active volunteer as well as staff and views supporting other mothers as a chance to pay forward what was given to her when she found HER.
