Christine Grone, MS, EMT
Christine Grone is a dedicated operations and programs professional with more than a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives, nonprofit consulting, and public sector program management. With expertise spanning organizational operations, program development, grant management, and stakeholder engagement, she has successfully partnered with government agencies, community organizations, and nonprofits to deliver sustainable solutions that drive impact. She has held leadership roles in program and project management, guiding cross-functional teams, streamlining operations, and implementing process improvements across health, equity, and community-based initiatives. Her prior consulting work with state agencies, strengthened her skills in navigating complex compliance requirements and implementing large-scale public health programs. She holds an academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Public Health. She further holds certifications as an EMT, Neuroscience Coach, and in FEMA professional development, among others.
