Meaning of our logo
Interlocking hearts represent the following concepts key to 1 MOM is 2 Many (1 Morbidity or Mortality is 2 Many):
- The many stories of families who face fetal and maternal mortality and morbidity.
- The collaborative intent of the campaign and the importance of partnership.
- The strength of the maternal health community.
- The beauty of standing together to change the future for the next generation.
Purple was chosen because it was Maria's favorite color, and she is the inspiration for the campaign. Grey was selected to make it simpler for partners to coordinate with their logos.
