Parithosh K. Tungaturthi, Ph.D, J.D.
Parithosh K. Tungaturthi (Pari) is an Intellectual Property (IP) professional registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has over 15 years of experience in empowering members of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including solo inventors to small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs), secure and monetize their innovations across the globe. His expertise lies in educating inventors, identifying opportunities for patent procurement, and developing, advocating, and implementing IP protection strategies. In addition to providing support during research and development, and licensing and commercialization opportunities, Pari helps industry members form strategic alliances with each other for obtaining access to technology, expertise and knowledge, and branding opportunities.
Pari received his B.S. in Microbiology from The Louisiana State University, Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Immunology from Thomas Jefferson University, and J.D. from The University of Baltimore School of Law. He also served as a post-doctoral fellow at the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health. Pari is dedicated to using his technical and legal expertise to broaden access to high quality healthcare by supporting innovation, reducing barriers to entry, and building strong communities.
