Ironman to help raise funds for HG Research!

Tony Brutsché is a true Ironman, but he believes his wife, Brenda is truly the tough one in the family after enduring severe HG during her pregnancy. "Brenda and I want to raise money to support HG research so that others can have the education, medical support and public understanding that is currently lacking," said Tony.

Tony will compete for this charity in the Ironman Lake Placid Triathlon on July 20, 2008. This is a one-day race consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run. Janus Financial has created an opportunity for Ironman athletes to raise money for the charity of their choice. The top fundraiser-athlete's charity of choice will receive a $10,000 donation from Janus. The top 5 fundraisers' charities will receive a cash donation, and the top 25 fundraisers who raise $750 or more will receive an additional contribution of $750 from Janus.

All donations are tax deductible and can be submitted online.
