Often Tolerated Foods
This is very subjective, but for what its worth, the following are foods women report they ate the most of during the worst months. Meats seemed to be most often avoided during the first few months, except for an occasional craving.
- Potatoes (baked or chips) & Rice
- Cereal (dry or Chex Mix)
- Citrus - lemon, grapefruit
- Milkshakes
- Melon & other fruits
- Toast/Crackers (esp. Saltines)
- Cookies/cake/doughnuts
- Cheese
- Spicy food
- Juices/Sparkling drinks
- Popsicles
