Research on HG's short- and long-term effects is desperately needed and needed now. We need to do more to find a cure for this disease that has such devastating effects on a growing number of soon-to-be mothers.

HER Founders' Stories

  • Kimber's Story
    Kimber MacGibbon is a registered nurse and the founder of HER. She is focused on improving understanding of HG and promoting proactive treatment. She has experienced HG twice and is the mother of two healthy children, a son (1999) and a daughter (2003).
