Noemi Alexa is here

Postby DivineLotus » Apr 15, 2011 8:12 pm

Hello ladies,

Im gonna write it short but its been an ordeal.

Finally Noemi Alexa is here, born 4/11/11. On 4/9 i was having contractions. The next morning my belly was hard all the time so we went to L&D. I was 2 cm dilated and having contractions on the monitor. Pitocin was given and after 1 day i only dilated 4cm. I was in such pain so asked for an Epi. The next day i finaly rested and was dilating better. On monday 5am i woke up and was 9cm  . Started to push for 1 hour and had little vacume assistance, then came out to the world.

It has been the most roller coster, amazing expirience of my life and never knew i can have a living thing inside me. Im shocked to say the least. Im a mom. It feels strange also having her outside insted of in. The first days i actually wanted her to back in so she can be protected better. Im very happy and cry the tears of joy when i see her cuz shes amazing.

Everyone here has been a God send and you ladies are the strongest woman i had the privilege to meet. Thank you for all your kind words, wisdom, expirience, patience and for being there all these months.

To all who are going threw this now. I was their too and couldnt wait to step up the ladder. You will also and it will be wonderful.

It will come, with time and rest.... and we're here to support you through the next steps of your journey. Beautiful birth story too, powerful and encouraging (we CAN do it! We CAN survive this!)

Hugs to you and squeezes to her little cheeks.

I forgot to say, I LOVE her name. It's so pretty. I'm not normally drawn in by girl names, but Noemi is just so lovely.
